David Harvey, MD
David Harvey, M.D., a Board Certified Family Physician and a graduate of the University of Washington School of Medicine, has been practicing since 1996 in the Seattle area. In February 2002, he and his wife (Dr. Khajavi-Harvey) opened Fremont Medical & Dental Clinic. Dr Harvey practices full spectrum of Family Medicine. Born and raised in Philadelphia until moving to the northwest in High School. He lives in Magnolia with his wife and three children. In his spare time he enjoys woodworking, guitar, ultimate frisbee, photography, traveling and spending time with his family.
Peter Grote, MD
Peter Grote, M.D. is a graduate of Albany Medical College, and completed his residency at the University of Washington. Dr. Grote is a Board Certified Family Physician and a member of the King County Medical Society and the American Holistic Medical Association. Dr. Grote began his practice in 1995 prior to joining Fremont Family Practice in May 2007.
Eric Rose, MD
Eric Rose, M.D. is a Board Certified Family Physician offering a full range of health services at Fremont Family Practice. He is a graduate of the Providence Family Medicine Residency, he has been practicing for over fifteen years in the Seattle area. He is also on Faculty at the University of Washington. Dr Rose has special interests in infomatics.
Reena Koshy, MD, MPH
Reena Koshy, MD, MPH, is board certified in Family Practice, and a graduate of Rush University. She received her masters in public health from the University of Washington. She has been practicing in the Seattle area since 1996, and has practiced overseas in New Zealand, Nicaragua, Ecuador and Peru.
Bonnie Lash, ARNP
Bonnie Lash is a Family Nurse Practitioner and a graduate of Columbia University where she received her Master of Science in Nursing in 2007 and George Mason University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2001. Prior to joining Fremont Family Practice, she has practiced in Alaska and New York, Boston, and Virginia. In her free time she enjoys hiking, camping, roller-skating, and making ceramics.
