David Harvey, M.D.David Harvey, M.D., a Board Certified Family Physician and a graduate of the University of Washington School of Medicine, has been practicing for nine years in the Seattle area. In February 2002, he and his wife (Dr. Khajavi-Harvey) opened Fremont Medical & Dental Clinic. The micropractice model here allows providers to balance home and work lives while maximizing time with patients |

Peter Grote, M.D.Peter Grote, M.D. is a graduate of Albany Medical College, and completed his residency at the University of Washington. Dr. Grote is a Board Certified Family Physician and a member of the King County Medical Society and the American Holistic Medical Association. Dr. Grote began his practice in 1995 prior to joining Fremont Family Practice in May 2007. |

Eric Rose, M.D.Eric Rose, M.D. is a Board Certified Family Physician offering a full range of health services at Fremont Family Practice. He is a graduate of the Providence Family Medicine Residency, he has been practicing for seven years in the Seattle area. He is also on Faculty at the University of Washington. Dr Rose has special interests in infomatics. |

Elizabeth Bayley, ARNPElizabeth Bayley attended Harvard College to receive a Bachelor of Arts in Social Anthropology, Magna Cum Laude. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Seattle University. Elizabeth purposefully chose to receive her Master's in Family Practice because of the broad spectrum of clinical practice that it allows. |

Alana Murphy, ARNPAlana Murphy graduated with a Masters of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University in 2005. She worked at Planned Parenthood prior to joining Fremont Family Practice in 2007 and is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practioners. Alana pursued a career in nursing because it allows her to practice patient-centered care, and she is particularly interested in women's health. |
Hours of Operation
- Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Extended hours clinic Wednesday until 7:00pm
- Saturday 9:00am to 12 noon.
